"Artículo 7º Recibo de carga del interior por la vía del Dique. La carga que se transporte por la vía del Dique, se descargará, según convenga a los Administradores, directamente en los muelles o en bongos. Si las circunstancias así lo exigen, por mutuo acuerdo de la Aduana, los Administradores y la respectiva empresa fluvial, podrá dejarse la carga en el mismo barco fluvial para transportarse más tarde directamente a la nave marítima como carga directa, en las condiciones que más .adelante se expresan.
