El Gobierno de Boyacá podrá contratar con una casa nacional o extranjera, un empréstito destinado a la construcción de los balnearios de Paipa, de que trata esta Ley, y para el servicio de este empréstito podrá comprometer las sumas a que se refiere el artículo anterior.
