- SEGUROS EN DIVISAS. De conformidad con las regulaciones del Gobierno Nacional podrán contratarse seguros denominados en divisas sobre personas y sobre aquellos bienes que, con carácter general, se califiquen como riesgos especiales. Las reservas técnicas correspondientes a estos seguros podrán ser invertidas en títulos representativos de divisas, conforme a las regulaciones del Gobierno.
