ARTICULO 19. Programa de Supresión de Empleos.- La supresión de empleos o cargos, en los términos previstos en el artículo anterior, se cumplirá de acuerdo con el programa que apruebe el Consejo Directivo para ejecutar las decisiones adoptadas, dentro del plazo de dieciocho (18) meses contado a partir de la fecha de publicación del presente Decreto.
