La dirección y administración del Instituto Nacional de Cancerología estará a cargo de un Consejo Directivo y de un Director General designado por el Presidente de la República de terna presentada por el Consejo Directivo mediante el proceso que le señale el reglamento, que ejercerá la representación legal de la entidad.
