Los Generales De Las Fuerzas Armadas Podrán Usar El Uniforme Militar Cuando Ellos Lo Deseen

Los Generales de las Fuerzas Armadas podrán usar el uniforme militar cuando ellos lo deseen. Los demás Oficiales Generales en las fiestas Patrias y en las fiestas oficiales de categoría.

Parágrafo 1

El Ministro de Guerra o el comandante General de las Fuerzas Armadas podrá permitir el uso del uniforme militar en determinadas ocasiones, al personal de oficiales en uso de un buen retiro.

Parágrafo 2

El uso del uniforme militar da derecho a los honores correspondientes pero no implica que puede ejercerse mando.
