Art. 1.° Autorízase al Poder Ejecutivo para que haga emitir por la respectiva oficina las certificaciones de renta nominal correspondientes a las fundaciones de Luis del Rincon, María Gallegos, Diego Jácome Mocireli, Gonzalo del Rincon Barco i Quiróz i Juan del Barco i Quiróz i su esposa, incluyendo en dichas certificaciones los sobrantes de diez o mas pesos que hayan quedado sin reconocer en las conversiones hechas con arreglo al decreto de 9 de setiembre de 1861, orgánico del Crédito nacional.
