La Oficina de qué trata este Decreto tendrá la asignación especial de 9 150 mensuales para atender al pago de un Escribiente, un Portero, el arrendamiento de local y los gastos de escritorio y alumbrado. El Cónsul, con aprobación de la Legación de Colombia en París, designará el Escribiente y el Portero, los que no podrán ser sino súbditos del Reino de Bélgica.
