El Consejo será presidido por el Ministro de Salud; cuando éste no concurriere, la sesión será presidida por alguno de los principales asistentes, en el orden señalado en el artículo anterior. Será Secretario del Consejo el Jefe de la Sección de Geriatría del Ministerio de Salud.
