º . Fijar el término de diez (10) días calendario contados a partir de la expedición de este decreto, para que la UPME señale el volumen máximo a distribuir en el municipio ubicado en Zonas de Frontera descrito en el artículo 1º del mismo. Igualmente, dentro del referido plazo, asigne el volumen a distribuir para los grandes consumidores y las estaciones de servicio del respectivo municipio.
