Articulo 1 º . Para efectos del presente Decreto se entiende por aeronave todo aparato que maniobre en vació, capaz de desplazar en el especio y que sea apto para transportar personas o cosas. Aeródromo es toda superficie destinada a la llegada y salida de Aeronaves, es toda superficie destinada a la llegada y salida de aeronaves, incluidos todos sus equipos e instalaciones.
