Delegación de la Ordenación del Gasto . El Director del Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad puede delegar la ordenación del gasto según las disposiciones orgánicas del Presupuesto Nacional y las normas legales vigentes sobre la materia. Puede, igualmente, delegar en el Subdirector del Departamento, Secretario General y los Directores Generales, el Director de la Academia y en los Directores Seccionales, la facultad de ordenar gastos en sus respectivas unidades, con arreglo a las disposiciones generales y a los capítulos previstos en el Presupuesto Nacional.
