Concurso Desierto

Concurso desierto. El Consejo Superior, mediante acuerdo, declarará desierto, total o parcialmente el concurso, para uno o más círculos notariales, en los siguientes casos:

Cuando no se inscriba algún aspirante, o ninguno acredite los requisitos exigidos en la convocatoria, o

Cuando ningún participante obtenga el puntaje mínimo aprobatorio del concurso.

En estos casos, el Consejo Superior convocará de nuevo a concurso dentro de los dos (2) meses siguientes a tal declaratoria.
