º . Plan de Protección Social (PPS). De conformidad con lo establecido en el Capítulo II de la Ley 790 de 2002, el Plan de Protección Social (PPS) del Programa de Renovación de la Administración Pública comprende

El reconocimiento económico para la rehabilitación profesional y técnica;

La protección especial, y

Los programas de mejoramiento de competencias laborales.

Parágrafo

Corresponde al Departamento Administrativo de la Función Pública en colaboración con el Departamento Nacional de Planeación, la coordinación y seguimiento del Plan de Protección Social (PPS).
