DE LOS EMPLEADOS PUBLICOS ESCALAFONADOS. Los empleados públicos escalafonados en carrera administrativa, a quienes se les suprima el cargo como consecuencia de la reestructuración del Ministerio en desarrollo del Artículo Transitorio 20 de la Constitución Política, tendrán derecho a la siguiente indemnización:
