º . Para efectos de lo dispuesto en el artículo 12 del Decreto 1164 de 1999, se entiende por acreedores, todas las personas naturales o jurídicas frente a las cuales las entidades que se fusionan tengan la calidad de deudoras, independientemente de la naturaleza de la prestación debida.
