Podrán ser beneficiarios de la línea de crédito directo con tasa compensada de que trata el presente capítulo, las empresas de distribución y comercialización de energía eléctrica de naturaleza oficial, mixta y/o privada que hayan aplicado a la opción tarifaria regulatoria establecida por la Comisión de Regulación de Energía y Gas (CREG).
