Competencia del Superior inmediato cuando no exista mapa educativo En los institutos docentes de las entidades territoriales donde no se haya organizado el sistema de nuclearización, las funciones previstas en los artículos 19 y 21 de este Decreto para los Directores de Núcleo, serán asumidas por el inmediato superior administrativo del Director o Rector respectivo, mientras se adopta aquel sistema.
