º . Implementación . Las grandes y medianas empresas a nivel industrial, tendrán un plazo máximo de seis (6) meses, y las pequeñas y microempresa un plazo de nueve (9) meses, contados a partir de la publicación del presente decreto, para conformar el Departamento de Gestión Ambiental. El incumplimiento de las obligaciones contenidas en el presente decreto dará lugar a las sanciones respectivas, según el caso.
