Todo propietario o tenedor de vehículo automotor de carga de servicio público deberá registrarlo ante el Ministerio de Transporte, dentro de los treinta (30) días siguientes a la adquisición del mismo. El propietario o tenedor de un vehículo automotor de carga de servicio particular, con capacidad igual o superior a dos (2) toneladas, deberá registrarlo dentro del mismo lapso.
