En concordancia con lo previsto en el artículo 44 del Decreto 2681 de 1993 para la celebración de operaciones de crédito público, operaciones asimiladas, operaciones propias del manejo de la deuda pública y las conexas con las anteriores, el contenido de los contratos se someterá a la ley vigente al momento de la aprobación de la minuta.
