amends decreto 1344/70

El artículo 25 del Decreto-ley 1344 de 1970, quedará así:

Articulo 25 Para obtener licencias de conducción de automóviles, camperos y camionetas se requiere: 1. Edad mínima de dieciséis (16) años.

Certificado de haber obtenido capacitación de acuerdo con las opciones previstas en el artículo 11 del Código Nacional de Tránsito. Los menores de dieciocho (18) años no podrán transitar en carreteras después de las ocho (8:00) p. m.

Parágrafo

Las camionetas a que se refiere el presente artículo no podrán estar acondicionadas para el transporte de pasajeros.
