º . Modificase el artículo 1º del Decreto 2085 del 11 de Junio de 2008, así: "Artículo 1º. O bjeto. El presente decreto tiene por objeto la adopción de medidas para el ingreso de vehículos al servicio particular y público de transporte terrestre automotor de carga con capacidad superior a tres (3) toneladas, mediante los mecanismos de reposición por desintegración física total o caución.

Parágrafo

El Ministerio de Transporte establecerá las condiciones especiales para el registro inicial de vehículos clase volqueta y mezcladora (mixer)".
