- Simplificación del trámite para obtener los beneficios contenidos en la Ley 387 de 1997 . Modifícanse los numerales 1 y 2 del artículo 32 de la Ley 387 de 1997, los cuales quedarán así: "1. Que hayan declarado esos hechos ante la Procuraduría General de la Nación, la Defensoría del Pueblo, las personerías municipales o distritales, en formato único diseñado por la Red de Solidaridad Social. 2. Que además remitan para su inscripción a la Red de Solidaridad Social o a la oficina que esta designe a nivel departamental, distrital o municipal copia de la declaración de los hechos de que trata el numeral anterior."
