Art. 15. La introducción de los licores á que se refiere el artículo anterior, se denunciará por quien se haga inmediatamente al Rematador, quien expedirá, una vez cubiertos loa derechos, tantas contraseñas como botellas se le denuncien. Estas contraseñas llevarán fecha, número de registro y firma del Rematador ó de su representante, y serán adheridas á las botellas. El Rematador puede perseguir como contrabando los licores que se llenen estas formalidades.
