Las Cámaras elegirán por el sistema del voto incompleto, tres Interventores Fiscales cada una, encargados de inspeccionar las obras públicas nacionales y fiscalizar la inversión de los fondos a ellas destinados. El Gobierno distribuirá tales Interventores en la forma más conveniente, y ellos

rendirán informes al Congreso en los primeros diez días de las sesiones ordinarias.

Cada Interventor gozara de un sueldo mensual de quinientos pesos ($500º). Lo dispuesto en este artículo no modifica el artículo 3ºde esta Ley.
