Decreto 4533 de 2008 · por el cual se reglamentan las iniciativas privadas de que trata el parágrafo 2° del artículo 32 de la Ley 80 de 1993.

º . Régimen de las ofertas de iniciativa privada. Las ofertas de iniciativa privada no son ofertas mercantiles y por ende se regirán por lo establecido en el

Parágrafo 2

del artículo 32 de la Ley 80 de 1993 y en el presente decreto. La presentación de una oferta de iniciativa privada no genera derecho alguno a quien la presenta diferente de los consagrados en el presente decreto. La licitación que se abra como consecuencia de una oferta de iniciativa privada se regirá por lo dispuesto en la Ley 80 de 1993, la Ley 1150 de 2007, las disposiciones que lo reglamenten y las demás normas que los modifiquen, adicionen o sustituyan.
