LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.4.1.1.3.2. Reconocimiento. Para efectos del reconocimiento a que hace referencia el artículo anterior, el Director del Centro de Formación, Capacitación y Entrenamiento respectivo, someterá oportunamente a la consideración de la Autoridad Marítima los programas de estudios y prácticas, los títulos y / o Licencias de Navegación de los profesores, y la relación de las ayudas y medios didácticos y náuticos de que disponga.
