Para ser Registrador en las ciudades distintas de las anotadas en el artículo anterior, se requiere ser colombiano de nacimiento, ciudadano en ejercicio, además haber obtenido el título de bachiller o haber sido empleado de la rama electoral por un término no menor de un (1) año.
