De la prohibición de solicitar licencia por cancelación. Cuando se imponga sanción de cancelación, no podrá solicitarse durante el término de seis (6) meses, como mínimo, nueva licencia para el desarrollo de la misma actividad por parte de la persona a quien se sancionó.
