Cuando alguna o algunas personas se opusieren al cumplimiento de una Ley, reglamento u orden legítima, podrán ser obligadas por la fuerza a desistir de su oposición, pero sin hacer uso de instrumentos que pongan en peligro la vida o integridad personal, salvo que la resistencia esté acompañada de agresión o violencia.
