Beneficiarios de la capacitación laboral. Podrán recibir capacitación a través de las Unidades Vocacionales de Aprendizaje en Empresa -UVAE los trabajadores que presten sus servicios a la empresa responsable de la respectiva Unidad Vocacional de Aprendizaje en Empresa -UVAE, en especial aquellos en proceso de inducción; así mismo, podrán ser beneficiarios los aprendices con contrato de aprendizaje o practicantes, en desarrollo de su función productiva.
