º. Gozarán de franquicia las encomiendas destinadas a los Administradores, Médicos, Capellanes y Religiosos que atiendan los establecimientos mencionados dentro del limite de peso a que se refiere el articulo anterior. Para estos destinatarios podrá aceptarse toda clase de efectos.
