Pueden reexportarse sin pagar derechos de importación las mercancías extranjeras nacionalizadas que no hayan salido de la Aduanas ni de las Oficinas de Encomiendas Postales del Exterior. En este caso solo están gravadas con el impuesto de bodegaje.
