LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 39. Serán sancionadas con multa de uno (1) a cinco (5) salarios mínimos mensuales legales vigentes, las empresas de Transporte Público Terrestre Automotor de Carga, que no suministren la información que legalmente le haya sido solicitada y que no repose en los archivos de la entidad solicitante.
