Las Partidas Liquidadas En Los Artículos Presupuestales Mencionados, Serán Giradas En El Curso Del Año Y Dentro De La Ejecución Legal Del Presupuesto, Al Tesorero General De La Intendencia Del Chocó, Mediante Los Requisitos Que Señale La Contraloría General De La República

º Las partidas liquidadas en los artículos presupuestales mencionados, serán giradas en el curso del año y dentro de la ejecución legal del Presupuesto, al Tesorero General de la Intendencia del Chocó, mediante los requisitos que señale la Contraloría General de la República. Dicho funcionario rendirá las cuentas respectivas a la Auditoría de Instituciones de Utilidad Común.

Parágrafo

En la forma indicada se procederá con las partidas que para estas obras se asignen en los Presupuestos futuros, o con las que se destinen por los traslados y créditos para el mismo fin.
