El Ministerio de Higiene dictara el Codex Alimentirius que habrá de regir para todo el territorio nacional, en cuyas disposiciones se basaran los controles y sanciones pertinentes cuanto a las calidades, adulteraciones y perturbaciones de los productos alimenticios en general.

Parágrafo

El Ministerio de Higiene desarrollará una campaña de divulgación científica que permita al pueblo conocimiento práctico sobre su alimentación y nutrición.
