Artículo único Trasládase la cabecera del Circuito Judicial de Tenerife, Distrito Judicial del Magdalena, del Municipio del Banco al de Plato.
El archivo de dicho Juzgado se conducirá por cuenta del Departamento respectivo y en la forma en que lo disponga el Gobernador.
El presente Decreto regirá desde el 1° de Febrero próximo. Comuníquese y publíquese.
