Modificar el término señalado en el artículo 62 del Decreto 1556 de 1998, en el sentido de que la realización de programas de capacitación se hará exigible a los prestatarios del servicio particular escolar a partir del primero (1º) de enero del año 2000. El plazo previsto en la referida disposición para acreditar los demás requisitos y para renovar el permiso, continúan vigentes.
