º La libertad de la correspondencia. La libertad de la correspondencia del servicio postal implica que dentro del territorio nacional, ésta puede circular libremente sin que pueda ser interceptado o restringido su tránsito, salvo en los casos y con las formalidades que establezca la Constitución y la ley.
