El que sin ser autor, editor o causahabiente te de éstos, ni representante de alguno de ellos, se atribuya falsamente cualquiera de esas calidades y mediante la acción accesoria que consagran los artículos 108 y 112 de esta ley obtenga que la autoridad suspenda la representación, la ejecución pública licita de una obra, será sanciona, o con prisión de dos a seis meses y multa de doscientos a pesos.
