º . Los empleados de que trata el presente decreto se regirán en materia salarial por las disposiciones del Decreto 1149 de 1978 y el artículo 3º del Decreto 122 de 1988. Una vez sean incorporados a la nueva planta de personal que apruebe el Gobierno Nacional para esta entidad se regirán por las normas generales previstas para los empleados públicos pertenecientes a la Rama Ejecutiva del orden nacional.
