Art. 3° El Oficial auxiliar de la Sección será el encargado de practicar las inspecciones dondequiera que lo juzgue conveniente, para examinar si se ha cumplido con el Decreto sobre la materia; pudiendo de la misma manera, hacer visitas fuera de la capital de la República, tanto en las Oficinas del Gobierno como de particulares, á fin de cerciorarse del modo como se cumplen las disposiciones de que se trata, organizando convenientemente dicha renta, basándose para ello en el espíritu del Decreto número 192 bis, del año en curso. Este empleado desempeñará, además, las funciones anexas á los Oficiales Escribientes.
