° Cuando un Jefe de Misión Diplomática fuere enviado en comisión a otro país o a una ciudad distinta de la residencia oficial de la Misión. el Gobierno le fijará una partida para gastos de representación, si así lo estimare conveniente, sin perjuicio del pago de los gastos de representación que corresponderán al Encargado de Negocios ad interím mientras dure la ausencia del jefe titular de la Misión.
