Conforme con lo establecido en el artículo 17 de la Ley 1480 de 2011, todo importador de instrumentos de medición sujetos a control metrológico deberá mantener un establecimiento de comercio en Colombia que cumpla con las obligaciones de protección al consumidor establecidas en la misma ley.
