El salario mínimo a que se refiere esta Ley será el mínimo diario establecido para la ciudad de Bogotá. Anualmente el INTRA, mediante resolución convertirá a pesos las multas a que se refiere este Código aproximando las fracciones a la centena en pesos siguiente.
