El Gobierno Nacional construirá un edificio destinado a alojar todas las oficinas nacionales radicadas en la ciudad de Manizales, dando aplicación a lo dispuesto en el Art. 5º. de la Ley 165 de 1963 , y conforme a lo mandado por el artículo 4º. del mismo estatuto legal.
