Art. 1.° La señora Clementina Santander, hija del General Francisco de P. Santander, viuda de Freyre, gozará de la pensión mensual de doscientos pesos ($ 200), la cual le será pagada en dinero sonante y con la preferencia a que tienen derecho los recompensados por servicios prestados en la guerra de Independencia.
