Modificar el literal c) del artículo 269 del Decreto 2685 de 1999, el cual quedará así: " c) Cuando no se incorpore la información relativa a los documentos soporte de que trata el artículo anterior, salvo cuando estos correspondan a vistos buenos o autorizaciones expedidos por el ICA o Invima o la entidad que haga de sus veces."
