Decreto 1026 de 1983 · Por el cual se reglamenta la elección de los representantes de los funcionarios de Seguridad Social en las Comisiones de Personal del Instituto de Seguros Sociales y se dictan medidas sobre su funcionamiento

De la obligación de concurrir a la elección. Los funcionarios de Seguridad Social tienen obligación de concurrir a la elección y de manifestar su opinión mediante el voto. De dicha participación se dejara constancia en el registro respectivo de la División de Administración de Personal a División de Personal correspondiente.

Parágrafo

El incumplimiento por parte del funcionario de la obligación consignada en el presente articulo, sin causa justificada, lo inhabilita para ser representante ante la Comisión de Personal durante los dos (2) periodos siguientes a la elección.
